We specialize in the Food & Beverage and Food Ingredients industries, leveraging over 35 years of personal experience in the sector. Our founder, Alfred Geiger, has navigated through various positions ranging from Lab, R&D, and Product Development to Manufacturing, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and CEO levels. This deep industry knowledge allows us to understand the specific needs of both our clients and candidates intimately. We operate globally, consulting in areas such as FMCG, Food Ingredients, Starch, Glucose, Sweeteners, Flavours, Fruit Preparations, Beverages, Dairy, Nutraceuticals, Pharma, Colours, Cosmetics, and Hydrocolloids. Our recruitment services cover a wide spectrum, including Full-Time positions, Interim roles, and Advisory Board memberships, extending up to C-Level candidates.
