We understand that finding the right design talent—whether for UX, UI, product design, or leadership roles—is a critical challenge for modern businesses. That's why we move beyond the transactional nature of traditional recruitment to offer a partnership-driven approach. Our mission is to connect world-class designers with forward-thinking companies, ensuring a perfect alignment of skills, culture, and values. We specialize in helping organizations of all sizes, from ambitious startups to established global enterprises, navigate the complexities of the design market. By leveraging our deep industry networks and expertise, we identify and engage top-tier talent that others miss. For candidates, we provide more than just job placements; we offer career coaching, portfolio reviews, and guidance to help them reach their full potential. At the heart of Good Maven is a commitment to social impact and diversity. We believe that diverse teams build better products, which is why we champion inclusive hiring practices and actively support underrepresented talent. Our unique 'double bottom line' approach ensures that every placement and coaching session contributes to a greater good, including donating coaching hours to refugees. With Good Maven, you're not just hiring a recruiter; you're partnering with a team that cares deeply about the future of design and the people who create it.
