About

It centralizes all operational and financial data into a single source of truth, and uses AI agents to autonomously execute workflows such as reconciliation, invoice validation, and incident resolution. By reducing manual work and dependence on scarce talent, haddock helps restaurants improve margins, accuracy, and operational control at scale.
