Our journey began in the 1970s when our founder, Harvey Bowden, experienced the challenges of hard water after moving from Cornwall to Surrey. Recognizing the issues caused by limescale, he began selling water softeners, eventually realizing the need for a more compact solution that would fit conveniently under kitchen sinks. This led to the innovation of our first smaller water softener designed specifically for British plumbing. Over the last 40 years, we've continued to innovate and optimize our products. Our factory in Old Woking, Surrey, is equipped with cutting-edge technology that allows us to manufacture high-quality products by hand, ensuring every softener meets our stringent standards.
