Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) is a diversified Arizona-based quality innovation network-quality improvement organization (QIN-QIO) that has been committed to improving the quality of healthcare services since 1979. For more than four decades, HSAG has worked to enhance healthcare outcomes for Medicare patients, implementing evidence-based quality improvement initiatives across the nation. As the largest External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) in the nation, HSAG provides comprehensive quality review services for states, serving approximately 25 percent of the nation's Medicare population, 46 percent of the Medicaid population, and 20 percent of the dialysis population.
