This foundation has been pivotal in our work to address the significant healthcare disparities faced by Black Americans and individuals at risk of or living with limb loss. We strive to fundamentally transform the healthcare experience for the communities we serve. Our approach is to provide personalized, empathetic care that extends beyond immediate medical needs.
