Founded with the mission to make healthcare accessible, we offer a range of services including medical, behavioral health, and dental care tailored to the diverse needs of our patients. Since opening our doors in 2013, we've evolved and significantly expanded our services, which now cater to a growing number of individuals across Avery, Burke, and Watauga Counties. With over 170 employees and more than 292,000 visits provided, we are committed to reducing healthcare disparities by offering integrated medical care in a welcoming environment. By utilizing an interdisciplinary model of care, we strive to treat the 'whole person,' emphasizing preventive care and supportive services.
