About
At HiWave, we believe in the power of real human connection. Our small, passionate team is dedicated to reviving the art of networking in a digital age - making it effortless, memorable, and genuinely fun. Founded by a former Harvard Innovation Labs technology director, we thrive on solving everyday problems with creative, simple solutions that bring people together face-to-face. Our culture values authenticity over automation, and we're building something that actually matters: tools that help you focus on the person in front of you, not your phone. We're a tight-knit group of entrepreneurs, creatives, and problem-solvers who ship fast, learn constantly, and aren't afraid to experiment. Whether we're designing new sticker concepts, filming viral TikTok content, or helping businesses modernize their networking approach, every team member makes a real impact. We believe work should be meaningful, collaborative, and sometimes even a little messy - that's where the best ideas happen. Join us in making connections that count.
