About
We are ICT Strypes, a dynamic software development company that has evolved from a small Bulgarian startup founded in 2008 into a powerhouse of over 700 professionals. As part of the renowned Dutch ICT Group, we combine the agility and spirit of a startup with the stability and resources of a leading European technology provider. Our journey began in an attic in Sofia, and today, we operate from multiple strategic locations including Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas, as well as offices in the Netherlands and Portugal. Our core philosophy revolves around our unique 'Nearsurance' model, which seamlessly blends the benefits of nearshoring with the assurance of on-site presence. We don't just write code; we build smart, end-to-end solutions that create real business impact for our clients in sectors ranging from high-tech and automotive to transport and logistics. We believe in empowering our people, fostering a culture of continuous learning through our Strypes Lab, and maintaining a flat, friendly atmosphere where every voice matters. Whether it's developing complex embedded software or driving digital transformation, we are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in IT.
