About
We are a specialized European IT recruitment agency dedicated to connecting companies with top-tier freelance tech talent across the continent. Our mission is straightforward: help businesses scale with exceptional developers while providing freelancers with rewarding opportunities at reputable companies. At Intecfy, we focus exclusively on the European market, understanding the importance of cultural fit, regional expertise, and seamless collaboration within the same time zone. Our approach is hands-on - we don't rely on algorithms or mass matching. Instead, our team of experienced IT recruiters handpicks candidates tailored to your exact requirements, project goals, and company culture. We specialize in connecting companies with freelance developers across diverse tech sectors including Backend and Web Development, Mobile, Data Science and AI, Cloud and DevOps, Database and Big Data. We also excel in emerging areas such as IoT, E-commerce, Game Development, AR/VR, and Blockchain. Whether you need support for a month or a year, we adapt to your timeline and hiring needs.
