Frontend developer building the web interface for meteocontrol's SCADA system in Cluj-Napoca: creating reusable, responsive Angular/TypeScript UI components, integrating REST APIs and real-time WebSocket communication, writing automated frontend tests, and collaborating with backend engineers and UX to serve industrial SCADA users.
Linux Systems Engineer (all genders)
Develop and maintain the Linux OS platform for a SCADA system: configure OS services, build secure OTA update and rollback mechanisms, harden the OS, manage networking/certificates, and provide logging and monitoring. Core stack is Debian/Ubuntu, shell scripting, Podman containers and Linux security hardening.
Backend Software Developer (all genders)
Backend Software Developer who builds backend services for meteocontrol's SCADA system: data acquisition and processing, secure device/update management, APIs, and automated tests. Core stack is Rust or Kotlin with MQTT/REST, industrial protocols (OPC UA, IEC, Modbus), and Linux/containers, working on-site in Cluj-Napoca.
Database & DevOps Engineer (all genders)
Designs and maintains the SCADA database architecture (TimeScaleDB, retention/aggregation, backups, migrations) and the surrounding DevOps stack — Podman container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring — for meteocontrol's systems, collaborating with backend, systems, and test engineers in Cluj-Napoca.
