About
At Motorica, we're a Stockholm-based team of researchers, engineers, and animation enthusiasts united by a shared mission to revolutionize character animation through generative AI. Our culture is built on four core values - Daring, Kindness, Transparency, and Ownership - that guide every decision we make and how we show up for each other. With a diverse team representing more than 13 nationalities and languages, we thrive on collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas, creating an environment where bold thinking meets practical execution. We believe great work comes from giving people real ownership and the freedom to experiment. As a research-driven startup spun out of KTH Royal Institute of Technology, we balance academic rigor with startup agility. Whether you're deploying machine learning models, building backend infrastructure, or working directly with AAA game studios, you'll have meaningful impact from day one. We're not just building a product - we're shaping the future of how stories are told, and we're looking for people who want to own their part in that journey.
