We are Nebula, an independent, creator-owned streaming service with a simple but powerful belief: the future of the creator economy should belong to the creators. Launched in 2019 by our parent company, Standard Broadcast, and a community of creators, we set out to build a platform that serves as a thoughtful alternative to the mainstream. Our mission is to empower independent creators by providing a space where they can experiment, explore, and produce content without the constraints of algorithms or advertiser-friendly policies that can stifle creativity on other platforms. We're a home for smart, engaging videos, podcasts, and classes from creators you know and love, all completely ad-free. We believe in fostering a direct and honest relationship between creators and their audiences, which is why we operate on a partnership model where we split profits 50/50 with our creator community, with their share distributed based on watch time. Our library is a testament to the freedom we offer. Here, you'll discover exclusive Nebula Originals, like the hit travel competition show 'Jet Lag: The Game' or the critically acclaimed Shakespearian trans-coming-out story, 'The Prince.' We also feature Nebula First releases, giving you early access to content before it appears anywhere else, and extended 'Nebula Plus' versions of videos with extra, exclusive material. Beyond video, we've expanded into Nebula Classes, offering courses taught by our creators on a wide range of subjects, particularly focusing on content creation and social media entrepreneurship.
