Supports NMIC's Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment day to day — configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets), user helpdesk and training, data quality and imports/exports, and reporting/dashboards — during the nonprofit's transition from implementation to long-term in-house ownership of the platform. Hybrid role based in New York, NY (1 day/week in office).
