The story of Oliva Health began not in a boardroom, but from the personal crucibles of its founders, Javier Suarez and Sançar Sahin. Having navigated the high-pressure environments of successful tech startups—Suarez as a co-founder of TravelPerk and Sahin as a marketing leader at Hotjar and Typeform—both experienced the profound toll of burnout firsthand.
