About

Ontario Transit Group (OTG) is a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction and Vinci Construction Grands Projets (via JANIN ATLAS) that provides design‑build‑finance services for large‑scale transit infrastructure. OTG is responsible for the southern civil works of the Ontario Line subway, delivering a six‑kilometre tunnel, associated groundworks, utility and conduit installations, and the construction of six stations—including one above‑ground integration with GO Transit’s Exhibition Station, two underground connections to TTC’s Osgoode and Queen stations, and four new underground stations. By leveraging the combined expertise of its parent companies, OTG ensures the efficient delivery of complex tunnelling and station projects for Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario, contributing to the completion of a 15.6‑kilometre, 15‑station subway corridor that will link Exhibition Place to the Eglinton Crosstown LRT at Don Mills Road.
