We are Origis Energy, and we're accelerating the transition to a carbon-free future by Reimagining Zero℠. Since our founding in 2008, we've been driven by a commitment to a cleaner, brighter tomorrow, initially focusing on sun-sourced energy in Europe. In 2012, after experiencing rapid growth, we transitioned to become a U.S. company, positioning ourselves to contribute significantly to America's expanding renewable energy market. Today, we stand as one of America's leading renewable energy and decarbonization solution platforms, consistently ranked as a top U.S. clean energy developer. Our journey has seen us evolve from a clean energy developer into an independent power producer, building a substantial portfolio of balance sheet assets. We put our customers first, deploying a wide array of sustainable solutions for grid and distributed power generation, clean hydrogen, and the long-term operation of solar, energy storage, and clean hydrogen plants across the United States. We've developed over 260 projects since our inception, and our current operating, contracted, and mature development project portfolio in the U.S. stands at over 12 gigawatts (GW), with an additional 13 GW in our pipeline.
