We are PacificSource Health Plans, an independent, not-for-profit community health plan that has been serving the Northwest since 1933. Founded by a small group of physicians in Eugene, Oregon, we have grown from those humble beginnings into a comprehensive healthcare organization that puts our members and their communities first. We believe that healthcare is more than just a transaction; it's a personal relationship built on trust, compassion, and a shared commitment to well-being. Our mission is to provide better health, better care, and better cost to the people we serve, and we work tirelessly every day to make that vision a reality for our members across Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington. We are driven by a deep sense of responsibility to the communities where we live and work. As a not-for-profit, we don't answer to shareholders; we answer to you. This allows us to focus entirely on what matters most: ensuring you have access to high-quality, affordable care when you need it. We offer a wide range of health plans for individuals, families, and employers, as well as Medicare and Medicaid coverage. Beyond insurance, we are active partners in our communities, supporting local organizations and initiatives that improve overall health and vitality.
