We are Prenetics, a leading global health sciences company dedicated to enhancing life through science. Since our founding in 2014, we've grown significantly, driven by a passion to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to take control of their health. Our consumer initiatives are spearheaded by IM8, an innovative health and wellness brand developed in partnership with David Beckham, and Europa, one of the largest sports distribution companies in the USA. In the clinical arena, we are making strides with Insighta, our US$200 million joint venture with renowned scientist Professor Dennis Lo, focusing on pioneering multi-cancer early detection technologies. This is complemented by ACT Genomics, which has achieved FDA clearance for comprehensive genomic profiling of solid tumors, and our flagship consumer product, CircleDNA, which utilizes next-generation sequencing (NGS) to offer comprehensive DNA tests. These tests provide valuable insights into an individual's genetic predispositions, helping them make informed decisions about their health and wellness. We are committed to continually investing in research and development, as demonstrated by our collaboration with Oxford University to advance molecular diagnostic testing. Our journey has also seen us play a pivotal role in public health, particularly through large-scale COVID-19 testing initiatives in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
