Riverflex

About

We are Riverflex, a consultancy that was founded in 2018 by Victor Hoong and André Azadehdel. We saw a need to do consulting differently, to better address the evolving needs of businesses in a rapidly changing digital world. Our vision was to create a top-tier consultancy with digital in its DNA, one that could deliver real impact by harnessing the power of open talent ecosystems. We combine the strategic rigor you'd expect from traditional consulting with an entrepreneurial culture, helping courageous leaders navigate impactful change and shape the future of their organizations. At Riverflex, we believe in working differently to work better. This means better consulting for our clients, better lifestyles for our consultants, and ultimately, better results for the companies we partner with. We achieve this by building lean, expert teams tailored to each client's specific needs, moving away from oversized, inexperienced teams. Our model allows us to be highly flexible, complementing our clients' staff with strong digital experts and truly partnering with them to achieve their desired outcomes. We're not afraid to challenge conventional thinking and champion digital approaches like agile and lean methodologies to make a lasting impact. Our community of independent professionals is at the heart of what we do. We've cultivated a network of over 2,000 vetted independent consultants with deep expertise in digital, data, and transformation. We believe that being independent doesn't mean being alone; being part of Riverflex means being part of a collaborative community of top digital professionals who share methods, knowledge, and insights, offering a genuine career alternative. We're proud to have grown our presence across the Netherlands and the UK, serving a diverse range of corporate clients. Our commitment is to not only deliver projects but to build capabilities within our clients' teams, transferring our know-how so they can own their transformation and sustain change long after we're gone.
