We are Riverflex, a consultancy that was founded in 2018 by Victor Hoong and André Azadehdel. We saw a need to do consulting differently, to better address the evolving needs of businesses in a rapidly changing digital world. Our vision was to create a top-tier consultancy with digital in its DNA, one that could deliver real impact by harnessing the power of open talent ecosystems. We combine the strategic rigor you'd expect from traditional consulting with an entrepreneurial culture, helping courageous leaders navigate impactful change and shape the future of their organizations.
