The company expanded its footprint, entering Malaysia and the Philippines in 2015, followed by Indonesia in 2016, and eventually reaching markets beyond Southeast Asia, including Australia and Taiwan. Along the way, ShopBack continuously innovated, introducing features like in-store cashback and financial services to enhance the user experience.
