About
Slim Chickens is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in hand-breaded chicken tenders, hot chicken sandwiches, and made-to-order wings, all cooked fresh to order. Founded in 2003 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the company brings Southern hospitality to a quick-service setting, combining high-quality, flavorful food with a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Its menu is complemented by house-made dipping sauces and a commitment to sourcing fresh ingredients, positioning Slim Chickens as a leader in the casual dining market. Beyond the kitchen, the brand actively supports local nonprofits, donates food to community events, and fosters a culture of pride and service among its employees.
