SORACOM

About

We are Soracom, a global provider of smart IoT connectivity, offering cloud-native wireless service specifically designed for the needs of connected devices. Since our founding in November 2014, we've been driven by a mission to democratize IoT technology and create a more connected world. We believe in making it easier for everyone, from startups and SMBs to large enterprises, to build, operate, and scale their IoT deployments. Our platform is built to remove the traditional barriers to IoT development, offering affordable, reliable connectivity that accelerates speed to market and simplifies connection to any cloud. Our journey began with a vision to empower innovators. We saw the potential for IoT to transform businesses and society, but also recognized the complexities involved in getting devices connected and managing them effectively. That's why we developed a comprehensive IoT platform that goes beyond just providing SIM cards. We offer a full suite of tools and services, including a robust connectivity management platform, device management capabilities, secure networking options, and seamless integrations with leading cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. We're proud to support over 20,000 customers and connect more than 7 million IoT devices globally across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, energy, and smart cities. Our efforts are focused on enabling the makers and builders whose ideas and passion will evolve business and society for the better. We are constantly innovating, recently introducing GenAI-based services like Soracom Flux and Soracom Query Intelligence to make IoT deployments faster, smarter, and easier to manage. We're excited to be at the forefront of IoT, helping our customers connect the future and move the present.
