About
At SQUER, we believe that the best software solutions emerge from collaborative, curious teams working together with passion and purpose. We are coding architects, software engineers, agile transformation experts, and cloud engineers - all striving towards one goal: shaping the future of engineering for enterprises. Our team of 50+ SQUERies operates from Vienna and Munich, working hands-on with clients to build better software, scale platforms, adopt AI, and drive agile transformation. We bring companies to the forefront of digitalization, supporting them in solving complex problems with technology - holistically and agile. Our approach goes beyond technology alone; we consider things like the cognitive load of teams and help them deliver value as fast and seamlessly as possible. Working at SQUER means flat hierarchies where your ideas matter more than titles, continuous learning through our active tech community of meetups, hackathons, and training sessions, and the freedom to work flexibly with hybrid options and workations within the EU. We cultivate a culture where collaboration and connection are at the heart of what we do.
