Our team culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, continuous improvement, and a deep respect for the experience of educators. Teaching Lab team members are predominantly former or current teachers or instructional leaders, recognized as some of the best professional learning facilitators in the country. They bring extensive knowledge of college- and career-ready standards and curriculum, experience in grassroots organizing, and a profound understanding of the challenges and triumphs within schools and school systems. We foster an environment of trust-filled relationships, not only with our district partners but also among our colleagues.
