Call Center Supervisor, Training & QA
Supervises training and quality assurance for a 24/7 crisis contact center (hotline and chat tracks): designs and delivers onboarding and staff training, tracks compliance in a learning management system, keeps materials audit-ready, produces QA reports, and coaches staff and interns. Requires crisis intervention knowledge, supervisory experience, and Windows/office software proficiency.
