About
The Factory is a leading independent platform for marketing asset production in the DACH region, specializing in high-volume digital media production. Founded as a creative production house, the company has evolved into a B2B SaaS company offering creative performance at scale, becoming the largest performance production specialist with its own SaaS model in Switzerland. The company produces high-quality digital advertising materials for all end devices, publishers, and markets. Their core innovation lies in 'decoupling' creative services from production - allowing brands to keep their creative strategy with existing agencies while The Factory handles the efficient, scalable production of digital assets. Through their proprietary PrePublisher technology and partially automated production processes, they help clients achieve up to 50% faster production speeds and reduce production costs by up to 25%. The Factory serves major international enterprise clients including Migros, DriveNow, Travel Audience, Huawei, and Cembra. With approximately 150 employees working across Germany, South Africa, and Thailand, the company operates remotely while maintaining offices in Stansstad (Switzerland), Cape Town (South Africa), and Phuket (Thailand). They are funded by customers with an ARR revenue model rather than external investors, enabling sustainable business decisions focused on actual customer value.
