At The Social Element, our core mission is to make social media 'social' again – a place where genuine human connections thrive. Founded by Tamara Littleton in 2002, at the dawn of social media, our agency was built on the principle of nurturing and growing online communities for brands while ensuring their safety. For over two decades, we've evolved alongside the ever-changing social landscape, helping brands effectively engage with millions of people, fostering rich and valuable relationships that endure. Our journey began with a vision to challenge the conventional agency model, pioneering a distributed workforce that remains innovative in the agency market. This approach allows us to bring together diverse talents and perspectives from across the globe, enriching our creative output and strategic insights.
