The founders recognized the immense complexities and barriers within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), a system that, while designed to help, often proved to be a labyrinth for those without expert guidance. What started as a focused effort to provide pro bono NDIS access support has since blossomed into a comprehensive suite of services.
