USAC, a nonprofit organization since 1982, has provided students with life-changing opportunities to live and learn in countries around the globe. With more than 50 affordable, authentic study abroad programs in 26 countries, USAC strives to provide ample opportunities for students to become engaged, global citizens. The organization has inspired more than 60,000 students to travel abroad, building their cross-cultural empathy and encouraging them to explore not only who they are, but their place in a global society. As an award-winning international education provider, USAC offers flexible program offerings, new locations, virtual offerings, and improved internship opportunities. Students can gain a global perspective while setting themselves apart from their peers and setting themselves up for future success. USAC programs enable students to enhance their academics while providing opportunities and lessons that build interpersonal, time-management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills that will aid in career development. The organization provides Specialty Programs facilitated by overseas staff and Partnership Programs hosted with overseas universities, along with internships and volunteer opportunities through most programs.
