A hands-on Senior Manager who owns food safety and quality across UPSIDE Foods' cultivated-meat production, building the FDA Food Safety Plan, USDA HACCP plan, and a new quality management system through SQF/ISO 9001 certification. They lead the FSQA team, manage USDA-FSIS and FDA relations, and work daily on the production floor in Emeryville, CA.
