About

We are veritree, a company born from a desire to bring transparency and trust to the world of nature-based climate solutions. Our journey started within our sister company, tentree, a sustainable apparel brand that plants ten trees for every item sold. As tentree grew, so did our commitment to making a real, verifiable impact. We quickly realized the immense challenge of tracking and verifying reforestation efforts at scale. This led to the creation of our own platform, an internal tool designed to ensure the integrity of our planting projects. The demand and interest from other companies who, like us, wanted to make a genuine difference, was overwhelming. This inspired us to spin veritree out as a standalone company in 2021, with a mission to empower other businesses to join the restorative economy. Our platform is built on a foundation of technology and transparency. We leverage blockchain, AI, drones, and on-the-ground data collection to provide our partners with a verifiable, transparent, and engaging way to invest in nature. We don't just plant trees; we build restorative projects that encompass everything from reforestation and kelp restoration to agroforestry and post-wildfire recovery. We believe that restoring nature is one of the most powerful tools we have to combat climate change, and our goal is to make it simple and accessible for businesses to take meaningful action. We connect our partners with vetted planting organizations around the globe, ensuring that every contribution leads to real, measurable, and lasting positive change for the planet and its communities. Our vision is to build a global community of restorative businesses, all working together to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We're not just planting trees; we're cultivating a movement.
