Giles initially managing the business from his family home. The company's growth has been marked by strategic acquisitions, such as Arkansas Automatic Sprinklers/United Fire Suppression in 2017, which brought current CEO Tommy Clements into the VSC family, and later AAA Fire Safety in 2021. These expansions have allowed VSC to extend its footprint across numerous states, including Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma, operating from multiple office locations.
