WorldFish is an international nonprofit research and innovation institution dedicated to transforming aquatic food systems into scalable, sustainable solutions that advance food security, nutrition, and livelihoods, particularly for low- and middle-income communities. Leveraging research in aquaculture, fisheries, blue economy, and climate-resilient practices, the organization aligns its work with SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 14 (Life Below Water) to drive broader development outcomes. With over 45 years of expertise, a global presence in 20 countries, and a multidisciplinary team of 460 staff from 30 nationalities, WorldFish delivers evidence-based policy solutions and technology transfer that have positively impacted millions worldwide.
