We are XE, and for over 30 years, we've been passionate about simplifying international money transfers for both individuals and businesses. Since our beginnings in 1993, we've processed billions in global payments, driven by our mission to provide easy, reliable, and secure money transfer services. Our journey started in a farmhouse basement in Newmarket, Ontario, where our founders, Steven Dengler and Beric Farmer, launched one of the internet's first online, real-time currency converter tools. Back then, we were known as Xenon Laboratories Inc., initially offering computer consulting and Internet services. However, the launch of our currency converter in 1995 quickly gained traction, meeting a growing global need for accessible foreign exchange information as online trading began to flourish. Recognizing the increasing importance of the internet, we formally changed our name to XE.com Inc. in early 2001, sharpening our focus on our website and online currency tools. This evolution continued in 2002 with the launch of Xe Trade, our international money transfer service, later rebranded as Xe Money Transfer in 2016. A significant milestone in our history was becoming part of the Euronet Worldwide (NASDAQ: EEFT) family in June 2015. This partnership has allowed us to become the world's third-largest money transfer business, expanding our capabilities and reach.
