Founded in 2015 by Amy Cell, a former Senior Vice President of Talent Enhancement at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the firm was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in Michigan. Amy leveraged her extensive background in workforce development and her passion for connecting people to build a consultancy that prioritized personalized, relationship-driven service over transactional interactions. Over the course of a decade, the company grew from a solo endeavor into a robust team of over 20 dedicated HR professionals, serving hundreds of clients across the state. The firm established itself as a trusted partner for startups, nonprofits, and local governments, offering everything from executive search to fractional HR support. In January 2025, this journey of growth culminated in a strategic acquisition by Yeo & Yeo, a leading advisory firm. Rebranded as Yeo & Yeo HR Advisory Solutions, the company continues its original mission under Amy Cell's leadership as President, now empowered by the expanded resources and expertise of the larger Yeo & Yeo family to serve an even broader range of clients.
