[0580] QA Engineer (Manufacturing) - Woodlands/ $2.8k/ 5 days

Salary: $2000 - $2800 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.00am – 5.00pm (Friday)
Location Woodlands Walk

Job Scope:

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards and inspection plans.
• Inspect and verify products to ensure they meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor production quality and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist with customer complaints, corrective actions and quality investigations.
• Support internal and external ISO audits and ensure compliance with the company’s QMS.
• Provide guidance to quality staff on quality requirements and inspection methods.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawing.
