What You'll Do
- Be the trusted partner for 10+ active accounts, mostly with startup founders and marketing execs.
- Lead strategic conversations, performance reviews, and push back (kindly) when needed.
- Translate client goals into actionable paid media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal media buyers and account managers to execute campaigns flawlessly.
- Bring fresh ideas to each engagement and evolve processes as you grow.
What We're Looking For
- 4-5+ years in a client-facing role (agency, consulting, freelance, or similar).
- Strong grasp of paid media (especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads)—you don't need to manage campaigns, but you speak the language.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and drive results.
- Strategic thinker with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, lead gen metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL).
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exposure to platforms like GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and async tools like Slack, Loom, Fireflies, etc.
- Analytical mindset and comfort with performance diagnostics or conversion tracking.
