1:1 Direct Support Professional (DSP)
The Mary T. Family of Companies is now hiring Direct Support Professionals in the Severna Park, MD area for 1:1 ratio care for an individual with disabilities.

Schedules available:
- Full-time and part-time schedules available. 30 or more hours/week is considered full-time and eligible for benefits as noted above.
- Full-time: Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
- Full-time: Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
- Full-time: Sunday - Wednesday from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (36 hrs/week)
- Part-time: Saturday - Sunday from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (16 hrs/week)
- Part-time: Saturday - Sunday from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (16 hrs/week)
- Part-time: Thursday - Saturday from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (27 hrs/week)
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of previous direct care experience is required
- Registered Behavior Technician experience, preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
- A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
