Schedule
- Full-time schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities

About the Role
Join IRT Living as a Service Technician and help create an exceptional living experience for our residents. In this hands-on role, you’ll complete maintenance requests, troubleshoot repairs, and support the overall upkeep of the community. What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Appliance repairs
- Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation
- Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance rotation
