1 Year Contract Project Manager (Banking Transformation / Business Projects) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business and transformation projects across multiple functions, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed scope, timelines and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans covering key milestones, resources, dependencies and implementation activities; monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead requirements gathering and process mapping activities; translate business needs into clear project requirements and implementation documentation.
• Plan and execute migration, implementation and business readiness activities, including coordination of user training and transition requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Data Governance to coordinate project activities and resolve delivery issues.
• Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and customer expectations; manage project risks, resources, issues and stakeholder updates through to successful delivery.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in Project Management, Business Transformation or Change Management within banking or financial services is preferred.
• Experience managing projects involving requirements gathering, process mapping, migration and implementation.
