Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract, to start ASAP

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $11,000 + $200 monthly mobile allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end customer journey strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty stages for flagship events.
• Develop personalised marketing strategies, including next-best-action and content recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
• Establish customer journey frameworks, performance metrics, and success criteria to drive scalable marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of customer journeys through AEP and other platforms.
• Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, search, social media, and digital platforms.
• Analyse customer journey performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present customer journey strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, personalisation, and marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline with min 6 years of Digital Marketing experience in a Technology / Cloud Industry
• Strong in Data analytics, is Data Driven, able to support recommendation with relevant data
• Able to read data and dashboard, and write reports with the analysis / research findings
• Familiar with tools like Figma and Channel Activation and able to justify your channel recommendations with relevant data
• Familiar with AEP platforms; or well verse in Customer Experience related tools
• Possess presentation, writing and communication skills
