12 Months Business Analyst (UAT) | Banking | Up to $6500 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $6500

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and governance documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
• Gather business requirements, document user stories and support process mapping and solution design reviews.
• Review Functional and Technical Specification Documents (FSD/TSD), track changes and maintain requirements traceability.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, retesting and issue resolution.
• Support data migration, operational readiness, cutover planning, go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Liaise with Singapore and Head Office stakeholders to resolve project issues, track risks and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office tools.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, project delivery or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, defect management, data migration and implementation support.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cards, payments, personal loans or transaction processing projects will be advantageous.
