#15176 Lead Integration Architect SAP SuccessFactors / BTP (m/w/d)

**Responsibilities:**

• Define and drive the integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications
• Provide architectural leadership for SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite
• Design and govern scalable data models and integration architectures
• Support the development of Data Lake and middleware architectures
• Design and implement Point-to-Point Integrations and BTP Extensions
• Manage complex interfaces and enterprise data flows
• Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement of SAP Joule
• Define integration standards and best practices
• Coordinate with international business units and technical stakeholders

**Requirements:**

• Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite
• Hands-on experience with Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-to-Point Integration, and BTP Extensions
• Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures
• Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, and integration governance
• Experience in complex global transformation programs
• Knowledge of AI integration, particularly SAP Joule, is an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English language skills
