Nortal is hiring a Ruby on Rails Engineer to design, build, and scale web applications and backend services. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to translate complex requirements into clean, well-tested code that powers our platform.

You’ll mentor teammates, contribute to architecture decisions, and stay on the leading edge of development practices while enjoying a fully remote role with a flexible, outcomes-focused culture.

Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications and microservices. Document architectures with diagrams and logical flows. Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for quality and performance standards. Interpret functional/non-functional requirements and implement reliable software solutions. Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to translate requirements into code.
