1st shift Quality Control Inspector

Job Purpose:
- The Quality Control Inspector at PRECISION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in the medical technology industry by meticulously inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product dimensions, performance, and functionality.
- Document and report inspection results, including any deviations from quality standards, to relevant departments for further analysis and corrective action.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques to promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
