Great pay. Entry-level, Union Position - pay is $20.91 per hour (plus $.75/hour when working night shift). Per Union Contract, pay will increase to $25.40 per hour after just 1 year of employment!

Do you have:

Prior manufacturing experience? *It’s ok if you don’t because WE WILL TRAIN you!*
The ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a – switching every 4 weeks)
Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon being hired?
A stable work history, strong work ethic & desire to learn/grow?
A “Can Do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability?
The ability to work on your feet, lifting/pushing/pulling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
- We produce molded fiber trays for packaging and shipping apples, avocados, eggs and wine bottles.
