Delivery Lead & Technical Business Analyst – NSW Government
Our NSW Government client is looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in ICT Infrastructure & Operations, technical delivery, and stakeholder management.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with:
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
Experience managing multiple suppliers and building strong supplier relationships
Experience coordinating multiple technical streams through to Go-Live
Good knowledge of ICT Infrastructure & Operations, including EUC, Networking and Tablets
Experience with site commissions, large-scale device deployments, technology refresh projects or Go-Live readiness
Strong project delivery experience and understanding of project management fundamentals
Experience working in time-critical, event-driven environments
Experience using JIRA, Microsoft Planner or similar project planning tools
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience
1 x Technical Business Analyst
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with CXone experience who has:
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements
Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis and workshop facilitation
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Experience developing user stories, use cases and technical documentation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience supporting design, build and implementation.
Ability to work closely with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
NSW Government experience is not required
Ideal Candidates
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on large ICT infrastructure, device deployment, technology refresh or Go-Live projects within complex government or enterprise environments.
NSW Government experience will be highly regarded for the Delivery Lead role.
