The Job
We are looking for 2 senior QA / QC with 3+ years of experience (having frontend skill is a plus). We're expanding our team and looking for talented developers to join us.
We are building products for European companies with the latest technologies like .NET Framework and .NET Core, C#, Modern WebAPI, Blazor, MAUI, Azure technologies name a few. On the frontend side, our projects use vanilla JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, VueJS, React.

Your Skills and Experience
Senior Level - Range: $800 (Senior 2) - $1800 (Senior 7)
Your Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with solid manual testing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and test management tools.
- An interest in AI-assisted testing and a willingness to apply AI tools to real testing activities.
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and databases is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, browser developer tools, API testing tools, or test automation is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, testing techniques, and automation frameworks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

- Active in communication with teammates and clients
- Interested in continuous learning and developing QA, technical testing, or BA skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements and business needs.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, exploratory, and UI testing.
- Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency, such as generating and reviewing test cases, analyzing requirements, identifying edge cases, and supporting test automation. Candidates without prior AI testing experience should be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Evaluate test results, investigate issues, and report defects clearly with reproducible steps, expected results, and actual results.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and international customers to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
- Gradually develop skills in API testing, database validation, security testing, performance/load testing, and test automation.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing workflows, and the use of AI in the software development lifecycle.
- Have opportunities to expand into Business Analysis (BA) responsibilities based on skills and career interests.
