2 Years Logistics Specialist | SAP / Forklift | Seletar | Up to $4500 #NKA

Location: Seletar (Pick up at Pasir Ris, Tampines, Bedok, Sengkang, Jurong East, Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Sembawang)

Duration: 2 years contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Salary: Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming receipts, stock storage, picking, packing and outgoing shipments of spare parts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with IATA/ICAO dangerous goods regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Process import/export shipments and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Prepare packing lists and verify shipment details, including serial numbers and expiry dates.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to temporary warehouse staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Lead/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' Level and/or vocational ITE.
• At least 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Aerospace/ Logistics industry.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
• Able to operate forklifts (valid forklift license) or other warehouse machinery.
• Computer literacy (MS Office/SAP/ Ramco)
• Familiar with both air and sea freights procedures, incoterm, permits , AWB, rates and charges.
